Show Gravatars only for reviews that have one

I have collected several reviews through Google, which include the reviewers Avatar. However when I toggle avatars on on my grid widget, all the other reviews which have no avatar get a grey avatar which is very ugly. Can you make a new design where only the reviews WITH avatar show the avatar and the reviews without avatar do not? This would greatly help! See image below.
