A constant stream of new, high-quality testimonials 24/7 - that’s the Senja promise.

Today we’re launching another way to make that happen: request reminders (or follow ups).

Senja will now automatically follow up with customers you’ve invited to leave a testimonial.

We will send three reminder emails, over 7 days.

These follow ups stop as soon as your customer leaves you a testimonial.

Follow ups are enabled on all accounts by default, but you can disable them from the Advanced screen in the invite flow.
