Video thank yous are live! Thank customers for their testimonials and case studies πŸ’Œ

When a happy customer leaves you a testimonial or case study, send them a personal thank-you video in return.

Thank you videos are now live on Senja on all plans.

Sending a video lets you follow up on a testimonial request, strengthens your relationship with the customer, and makes them feel appreciated.

When people feel appreciated, they’re more likely to refer others, and be more responsive if you send future requests (like asking for a video testimonial or case study).

Here’s how it works:

Step one: View the customer you want to thank

Load the customer view, find the relevant testimonial, and click on the Thank customer button. You can thank for each testimonial, review, shout out and case study received.

[You can also select mark as thanked in the dropdown if you’ve thanked the customer outside of Senja]

Step two: Personalize your message and record your video

Amend the email message and subject. Send something that feels personal and genuine. Then record (or upload) a quick thank-you message directly inside Senja.

Step three: Send the message

Click Send thank you. Your customer will receive the thank you email, and a link to view your video online.

As well as thanking the customer, you can share a product activation tip, or second request, like joining your affiliate scheme.

Note: You can see the thank-you message you sent by clicking on You thanked this customer.
