Remove download limit on free tier

So I woke up to a very unpleasant surprise with Senja. Now we can only download our videos in 480p if you're on the free tier. This is obviously a very low quality resolution for a video (not something I would ever use) and a way to "push" or force potential customers to pay. Instead of encouraging me to use Senja more, this has now shifted my attention to finding an alternative. Now this was one of the very first things I asked the Senja team before starting to use their product (that I could download my video testimonials) with high quality resolution and without any issues. And before I could, now I can't. This change happened in less than 3 months since I started to use Senja and if I had known they were going to be petty with this I would have used something else. I was considering the paid version, and would have probably ended up upgrading at some point if I kept seeing value in the product but if this is a sign of things to some with Senja I'm concerned about investing too much in it. As a matter of fact, I'm highly disappointed. I think it's fine to try and find ways to monetize and increase your revenue, but deteriorating the experience of potential customers or downgrading them without any notice, etc. is the type of thing that leads to failure. Anyway, enough said. Hopefully Olly and Wilson reconsider their approach on this and if they don't I might stick around, I might not. Before it wasn't even a question. I was really enjoying my experience with Senja. Now I feel I need to research and compare other tools, value for money, the type of company I want to partner with, etc. When I make business decisions or partner with companies, I never look at just pricing or the data, I also look at the actions companies take, what they stand for, what they do as well as their principles and values.
