Vertical Scrolling on Existing Widget

I know the following widget is used in the Wall of Love page, but if we want to re-create certain elements of it, like a vertical scroll, we do not have a native option to complete such action. We want to fully integrate the "Thank you for your purchase" wall of love and removing certain elements. We want the vertical scrolling testimonials as it fits perfectly within the space that is provided.
