After several weeks of late nights and sweating the small stuff, Forms 2.0 is officially live and in beta.

First up, thank you to everyone who sent us feedback - it helped us make the feature even better.

Forms 2.0 lets you:

• Collect private customer feedback

  • Improve your business or offer. Ask for a testimonial only when a customer loves what you do

• Receive multiple customer replies

  • So you can collect and share better, focused customer testimonials that get your prospects to act

• Give your customers control over how you use their testimonials

  • So your customer knows where their testimonial is being used, and is more likely to leave a video

You can turn any of your existing forms into a form 2.0 by clicking this button.

This will let you continue using the same URL and embed code, while using the new form experience. You can also switch it back to Classic if you don’t love it.
