I get no responses to emails.

Magic Video fails 8/10 times.

I love senja, but with no support I am starting to think I should be looking elsewhere.

    Hi Shannon. I am sorry about the issues with support. We have a new engineer in place and support issues should be handled a lot more quickly ongoing.
