Hey @Adrian
Thanks for the suggestion.
Some questions to clarify this integration idea:
How are you currently collecting patient feedback from Doctoralia bookings?
How would you like Senja to fit into the Doctoralia booking or follow-up flow?
Would you want Senja to trigger review requests only for attended appointments, or for all bookings?

Hi, Rani! Thank you for the follow up.
When you book an appointment online through Doctoralia, the system automatically sends you an email or notification after your consultation inviting you to rate the specialist. These reviews usually appear with a "Verified Patient" badge. Doctoralia doesn't publish reviews instantly. They go through a moderation process (manual or algorithmic) and you have the right to reply. In short, the platform itself manages all of this.
I would just like Senja to integrate with the platform, as it already does with others, so that when someone submits a testimonial there it is automatically imported into Senja.
Since Doctoralia only sends this questionnaire for confirmed appointments after the session, I believe Senja would only need to import any approved testimonials from Doctoralia.
Thanks in advance.
