    You can now auto-collect testimonials from customers you tag in Keap. Senja will do the follow ups for you

    @Ed Is this to pull contacts from Keap into Senja and invite them to leave a testimonial?

    What would trigger this? Anyone being added to Keap, or some sort of tag being added to the contact?

      Thanks for the fast reply! I’m still learning how Senja works, but I thought it could be one of the CRMs in your list of integrations. I would probably apply a tag to a contact in an Automation, which would send them an invitation. But now that I see I can share a link, I will probably just add that link into an automated email.

        The benefit of the invite is you can then see and track these all in Senja + we’ll do the follow ups

        But inviting via Zap / integration is on our paid plan currently.

          Having the follow up would be nice. It would also be nice to have a tag applied via API to Keap once the contact who was sent the invite link submits a testimonial so we can know to stop emailing them from Keap. Ideally a different tag would be used per form.
