RightMessage integration

It would be AWESOME if you could integrate with RightMessage so that it's easy to pull relevant testimonials into each offer.

Right now my workflow is:

- Get testimonials
- Find one that is relevant for a given offer
- Create an image via Senja
- Load it into rightmessage
- Be not entirely confident if it will render in a way that looks OK
- Try to test the RightMessage offer, assuming it's not something that requires a ton of configuration to test properly
- When I see the image size doesn't really work, I hack around in Senja with sizes and then in Skitch until I get something that I think will work
- Lather, rinse, repeat
