Invite anyone who left a text testimonial to 'upgrade' to a video testimonial

Video testimonials are harder to collect but powerful

Often people leave a text testimonial because it's easier

But if we follow up with a personalised invite to leave a video testimonial we should see good results

    Great news 🥳

    You can now navigate to any customer in your Senja account and invite them to a form.

    So, if they have left you a text testimonial, you can invite them to a case study or video-only form (more video testimonials, which you can embed and stream with Senja!).

    This new view also means you can see all testimonials, reviews and shout outs from a single customer in one place.

    definitely. also would work if we could give different rewards for video + text.

      Yes, good ideas. For now, I only have rewards activated for videos.

          Through this option: "Limit to testimonial type" - Only give rewards to a specific testimonial type. Or am I using this feature wrong?
