The ability to select multiple Testimonials, click a button that says "Bulk edit", and edit information about all of them at one time. Context: I'm importing a ton of positive comments from my YouTube videos. I go get the YouTube link, I use the importer via Senja to import the comments, and then I select all the comments I want to import. When I do that, I can easily tag all of them as “YouTube”, that's great, but then I have like 40 Testimonials with no star ratings. Before I can approve them, I have to edit each individually and give them all 5-star ratings. Not ideal. A simple solution would be bulk edit, where I could select all of the pieces of Proof that I want and then edit certain fields. You obviously couldn't bulk edit every field, but star ratings, date, source, certain things like that would absolutely be very useful.

Two actions are available in the Senja Zapier integration but absent from the public REST API (api.senja.io/v1): Send a Testimonial Request Create Testimonial Image This means these actions are inaccessible on Activepieces, Make, n8n, or any custom integration. Adding them as standard REST endpoints would bring full parity with the Zapier integration and allow any platform to offer the same capabilities.

Currently only one webhook URL can be configured per Senja project. This means users are limited to a single automated flow triggered from Senja — any new automation requires overwriting the existing webhook URL. Even a modest increase (10–20 slots) would unblock most real-world use cases: separate flows for new testimonials, published testimonials, testimonial requests, etc. This is independent from the programmatic API request — even with manual configuration, the single-slot limit is a hard constraint for anyone building more than one automation.

Automation platforms (Activepieces, Make, n8n, Zapier) need to register and clean up webhooks automatically when a user activates or disables a trigger. This only works if the target app exposes two standard endpoints: POST /v1/webhooks — register a URL with a list of events DELETE /v1/webhooks/{id} — remove it when the flow is disabled Without these, every user must manually copy a webhook URL from their automation platform and paste it into the Senja dashboard. This is a friction point for non-technical users, and it means orphaned webhooks accumulate in Senja when flows are deleted. This is the standard pattern used by GitHub, Stripe, and Slack. With it, any Senja integration becomes zero-configuration: connect an API key, and webhook lifecycle is handled automatically.

Hi there, My spin-the-wheel prizes are coupon codes usable on specific products. Right now, the only data sent in the thank-you email is the prize’s “Asset” field, which is just the coupon code. I’d like to have the congrats message included in the thank you email, because this is where I am giving details on how to redeem the prize. So, could you add new variables for these data fields? Or is there another way I can achieve this today?

For example, I normally ask clients how we can showcase their feedback, such as First AND Last Name, First name AND Last Initial, or First name only. Plus options to include website, social links, company name, logo, and/or a photo.

I have many duplicate posts. They can only be deleted by first discovering a duplicate and then manually deleting it. Senja should be able to identify duplicate posts and flag them for removal or automatically remove them.

Right now, you can only highlight or edit the first response in a multi-part testimonial, which greatly reduces the value of the feature. Most of my feedback forms are 3-6 questions, and the initial (primary) question may not be the most important. The only workaround I can figure out is to manually copy/paste the full testimonial into a new manual entry.

There’s a lot of things I like about Senja but I have not upgraded because of the lack of customization options for visuals. Currently I’m using the free plan to collect testimonials but then I import them elsewhere because I need to manually build my testimonials on my website. I’ve not been able to use the widgets because they do not look as beautiful and professional on my website as I’d like them to. I run a business in the art field and so my audience values aesthetics and I want this to be reflected in every part of my brand. Specifically I’d love to have the option to change the sizes of the elements especially customer profile pics, and I’d love to be able to add more of my own fonts and colors. The carousel widgets are not recommended by most business owners so specifically I’d like visual customization on widgets that display all testimonials at first glance. If you ever decide to improve the visual customization options I’d happily upgrade to a paid plan as this would save me so much time!
