Featurebase integration to automatically ask testimonials via live chat
Customers often say nice things via live chat. It would be great to have them automatically imported to Senja. Also, it would be epic to automatically send testimonial forms to users who rate conversations with a high satisfaction score. Ik you can already use the Chrome extension, but just an idea. The same goes for other support platforms like Intercom, Crisp, etc.

Auto-import from X / Twitter
We get a lot of mentions from users on Twitter that are basically testimonials, and it’s quite hard to remember to save them to Senja every time + some of them go unnoticed. Would love if you had a smart AI-powered system to automatically detect and import testimonials from Twitter based on who @ mentions our account. But it has to understand the sentiment and context of the mention to make sure it. That would honestly be huge for us.

It would be great to add “Maven.com” as a connection source for importing testimonials. E.g. input a Maven course landing page URL, and the testimonials embedded on the page will be imported.

Being able to import customer feedback from TpT stores would be a GAME changer for how I use Senja. And I know I could get many TpT sellers to invest in this tool if they could have all their customer feedback in here and easily organize and use it.

Please Add Notion Marketplace Reviews
Notion’s new marketplace allows users to leave ratings & written reviews and I would like to add these to Senja. Ideally with automatic import functionality, but at least with the ability to select “Notion” as review source manually.
