Featurebase integration to automatically ask testimonials via live chat

Customers often say nice things via live chat. It would be great to have them automatically imported to Senja.

Also, it would be epic to automatically send testimonial forms to users who rate conversations with a high satisfaction score.

Ik you can already use the Chrome extension, but just an idea. The same goes for other support platforms like Intercom, Crisp, etc.
