3 options: Video, Text and (NEW) Audio

Feature Request

Let them record also audio messages if they are too afraid to record them in a video. This audio could be then transfered into an audio visualizer that you can customize. The users also need to upload a picture of themself so they services as a part of the video thumbnail.

    Hi. I've decided to close this ticket as we don't see audio testimonials as a priority.

    Our goal is to help customers collect more, better video testimonials which aid conversion and can be transcribed into text testimonials too.

    If we add audio it becomes more overwhelming, and we don't see audio testimonials as effective when sharing proof to increase conversion.

    We don't know for sure but our focus is on more options for collecting, managing and sharing video and text testimonials.

    Having said that we know people collect audio testimonials over messaging apps and also screengrab testimonials as images, and we're looking for ways to let you add and manage them from your Senja account.

    We may return to this later, but if audio collection is critical for you, you might want to try another tool.

    Did you guys ever circle back on this? I definitely understand them not being as visual on a site but voice message are become more common and it a easy way to get quick feedback. Not sure if any other platforms do this either but it be a valuable add.

    Love this! I’ll add to this — I have numerous audio clip / voice memo testimonials & “thank you”s I’ve gotten from clients over the years, so it’d be cool to import audio clips as well! 😆
