Ability to change 'Company' to a custom lable

We often get testimonials from students and would like to have them input their school name, but the current company label doesn't make sense for them. To accomodate this use case, we'd like to be able to customize the 'Company' label on collection forms to a custom label that we input (or a dropdown option of school, organization, company)
