Ability to select testimonials for AI

Though I'd love to see the limit of 100 increased, I think it would be interesting to be able to filter reviews that enter the analysis.

For instance, I wonder if reviews are different from one Store to an other, if 2024 reviews are significantly different from 2023, etc.
