Ability to show new reviews only when importing from stores

As we cannot sync all comments, I regularly come back to the import module to import latest reviews from App Store and Play Store.

I'm only interested in these latest reviews; ie reviews published since the most recent already imported.

I'd love to see sth in the UI to either automatically exclude all those already imported, and/or filter by date (later than the most recent of already imported reviews).
