Add highlights to import process

Some of the best widgets are for highlights only, but it's really labour intensive to select highlights one by one. We often import testimonials from offline sources, so being able to identify the highlight in the import would vastly speed the process up.

    @Riipen This is now done!

    You can now import highlights during manual imports.

    And for imports via CSV/XLS, you can now import highlights by including surrounding the parts of the text you'd like to highlight in your csv in <mark> tags.

    For example:

    This is a review and <mark>your highlighted text goes here</mark>.

    @Riipen What sources do you currently import from? We can certainly do this for manual imports, but it might get significantly more complex for auto imports.
