Add tag based on form link

I'd like to request a new feature that would greatly improve the workflow when gathering testimonials from customers. Currently, I have to manually add tags to responses after receiving them. However, it would be helpful if I could pre-assign tags via the URL when sending out the testimonial request link.

For example, if I could send a link like:

https://testimonials.mysite.com/r/E3B2aB?tag=sometag

The testimonial submission from that link would automatically be tagged with "sometag," without the need to manually add the tag afterward. This would save time, especially when sending multiple forms that need to be categorized by different tags.
Is that possible?
