Avatars Widget Showing Duplicates

Currently, the Avatars widget does not handle people with multiple reviews well. If I have a client who has both a video review and a written review, the avatars widget will show their headshot twice unless I manually select the testimonials to use. Screenshot attached.

    It happens because the widget is grabbing the info from the chosen testimonials.

    The same as non-avatar testimonials (where the text are displayed), if you choose multiple testimonials from the same person, they will show in different boxes.

      Yes, that’s the workaround I used. However, one of the benefits of Senja is being able to automatically add new testimonials to existing widgets. Unless this is fixed, it makes using the avatar widget with unusuable unless you manually select the testimonies.

        Putting this back to Discussing.

        Just to clarify, you’re expecting to have 1 avatar for 1 customer only, even if they have multiple testimonials chosen for the widget, correct?
