Block reward wheel to be spinned multiple times

Is there a way to avoid people spinning the reward wheel from the form multiple times? I have four different rewards, some are better than the others, and I would like to avoid people leaving fake/blank testimonials just to spin the wheel again until they get the better award from the four.
