Simplify Form and issue on Consent page

Can we simplify all the page steps into 2-3 pages only? The point is to remove as much friction and make the testimonials as quick as possible, too many steps and questions leave makes people drop off and not submit reviews.

Also, why can't I update the text and questions for the consent section? why can't i download the files if this feature is switched off? the client has already expressed consent from the email sent so why is this needed again? so unnecessary
