Collection Tags underneath Testimonials in list of Testimonials

My product marketer doesn't have confidence which testimonial belongs to which collections. Sometimes she is clicking on a collection but she is not sure that it worked. It would be useful in the "all testimonials" or any card in the admin panel to see what collections a testimonial belongs to.
