Create a "Pending Approval" Category for New Testimonials

This would allow me to categorize poor testimonials as “Unapproved” and differentiate them from a new testimonial that hasn’t been reviewed, instead of marking as “Approved” and adding a tag to identify that it’s not a quality testimonial.
