Custom Display Format for Last Names in Testimonials

Dear dev team, it would be nice to add an option in the testimonial settings that allows users to select how they want last names to be displayed:

• Full Name (e.g., "John Wayne")

• Initial Only (e.g., "John W.")

Benefits

• Increased user privacy and control over displayed information.

• Improved user satisfaction by respecting their preferences.
