We need to be able to retrieve dynamic hidden fields. We can embed the form somewhere within a customer portal, which allows us to automatically retrieve customer information that goes beyond just their contact details—specifically, data relevant to our own department.

    Want to make sure we're on the same page:

    • You have a customer portal that requires login

    • You've embedded (or want to embed) a Senja form inside it

    • When a logged-in customer lands on the form, you want their details (name, email, company, job title, etc.) to be pulled in automatically, either pre-filling the form fields, or captured silently in the background

    • You want those details to show up against the testimonial on your Proof page

    If that's the use case: this isn't something Senja supports today.

    There's currently no way for an embedded form to dynamically receive and process customer data from an external portal.

      No, actually, that's not it. What I wanted to do was retrieve customer information in a custom field using a UTM parameter in the embed. It's actually already working fine. You can close my ticket.
