Customer URLs being treated as relative

If a user doesn't explicitly prepend "https://" to their customer URL in the testimonial submission form, it shows as a broken relative URL on the front end. This is not ideal and I can't think of any reason why it should be like this. Maybe a simple oversight?

I would suggest auto-prepending "https://" ?
