Customize welcome page via URL pre-filled parameters

When sending a campaing we can already pre-fill customer response fields (or hidden ones) which is nice, what would be nicer would be if we could refer to these fields in other form pages, so we could for example customize the welcome page.

Something like...

"Hi {{first_name}}" would read "Hi Igor"
