Differentiate between amount of reviews on desktop and mobile

Displaying e.g. 20 reviews on desktop requires less scroll than on mobile. Therefore, I’d like a way to differentiate between the number of reviews that’s displayed on 1) desktop and 2) mobile. It could be to load a “read more”-button only on mobile, if the number of reviews exceeds xx reviews.
