Don't disable default form links when connecting a custom domain

I've set up a custom domain but it's not yet working. I've been waiting several days for everything to propagate. So right now, I don't have any way for people to leave me testimonials. The previous links I sent people are no longer working, and the new ones don't work yet either. I'm asking them to wait but that's so awkward!

So I suggest continuing to use the original links until the custom domain is ACTUALLY WORKING.

This would also be a good fallback in case something goes wrong with the custom domain configuration down the road.
