Don't disable default form links when connecting a custom domain

Feature Request

I've set up a custom domain but it's not yet working. I've been waiting several days for everything to propagate. So right now, I don't have any way for people to leave me testimonials. The previous links I sent people are no longer working, and the new ones don't work yet either. I'm asking them to wait but that's so awkward!

So I suggest continuing to use the original links until the custom domain is ACTUALLY WORKING.

This would also be a good fallback in case something goes wrong with the custom domain configuration down the road.

    Hey Sasha,

    Thank you so much for reporting this. We completely agree with you. The custom domain should only take effect once it's active.

    I've pushed out a fix that resolves this. Thanks again for reporting!
