Edit Testimonial Video Size on Widgets

Feature RequestWidget

Looking to edit testimonial video sizes. Right now, we have a carousel set up on the home page, and some of the videos are shot in portrait, making the sizes not uniform. Would love to have all videos uniform size.

    Hi @Gaetan,

Thank you for your feedback, there are a couple of ways to get more uniform video sizes in your Carousel widget.

    Option 1: Adjust widget settings

    1. Open your Carousel widget in Studio

    2. Go to the Design tab

    3. Look for the Content section and check the Fit video to screen setting — when off, videos display with consistent frame sizes regardless of orientation

Option 2: Standardize the video files

    1. Download the portrait videos from Senja

    2. Convert them to landscape using any video editor

    3. Re-upload the corrected versions

Going forward, recommending a single orientation to customers in your form (portrait 9:16 is recommended) will keep things consistent automatically.
