Editing 'From' Email for Thank You's

It would be great if we could edit the “from” email address for the thank you’s. In our case, we’d like to use our generic support email address versus the one associated with our Senja account.

In addition, if we could delete the favicon/logo image at the top of those thank you emails, that would be great too.
