Email field needs privacy disclaimer in the testimonial form

I wish I could add a little clarification on the testimonial collection form that says something along the lines of "Only I/Kat will see your email address" so people are reassured that their email address won't be published or publically available along with the other info they submit on the testimonial form. Everything else on the form WILL be visible when the testimonial is published, except email addresses — so it would be good to say so.

I suspect this may lead to greater completion rates for testimonials too, in case privacy concerns prevent some people from submitting a testimonial.
