Email template to thank the customer

I really like the new feature that allows you to thank the customer! But I would appreciate it even more if we could program already ready answer templates (for the subject and body of the email) to save a little time and not have to rewrite everything every time. Even better if we can customize this model according to the tags of the review! Sorry for my English, I’m French.
