Enable API access for Starter Plans

Come on Senja team… Starter Plans are full paying customers, and it’s not cheap. We should have access to the API so we can better integrate with our existing tools. It would make more sense to limit the number of Testimonials a Starter Plan can have instead of no API access, because, if you’re collecting, let’s say, over 300 testimonials, you’re probably doing pretty well as a business and can afford to upgrade to the Pro Plan.
