Exclude testimonials by filter

I would love to have the ability to selected all reviews except for something in particular.

For example, I want my wall of love to show everything except the reviews I've duplicated and trimmed each down to a short sentence. I can tag those with "excerpt" to easily bring into some other widget. But they would also appear as duplicates on my wall of love. So I wish I could tell the wall of love to select everything except the reviews I tagged with "excerpt."
