Export non-primary testimonials

I want the CSV export to include all of my customers’ testimonials, not just the primary/first one.

In my case: my collection form has 3 questions. I would like to export answers to all 3 so I can analyze and generate internal reports. Currently, the export only includes answers to the 1st question.
