Floating Website Widget with Aggregated Rating

I would like a new website widget similar to the one seen on einfach-neukunden.com. It should be a floating widget that displays the aggregated star rating (e.g., 4.7/5), the total number of reviews, and a link to view all testimonials. This would be a great way to build trust and social proof on any page of the website.
