Posting of reviews to external platforms (Trustpilot/G2/Capterra/etc.)

It would be great to have more reviews placed on external platforms such as G2 and Trustpilot, instead of only collecting them internally.

A simple option could be to have the option to add buttons on the welcome page, directly asking to place a review on external platforms (Trustpilot, G2, etc.)

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    We get the appeal: more reviews on G2 and Trustpilot is a goal most of our users share.

    Unfortunately, this one runs into a hard constraint.

    Routing users to external platforms based on their experience, even with good intentions, is classified as review gating, which is explicitly prohibited by most major review platforms.

    Building it into Senja would put our users at risk of having their profiles penalised or removed.

    For getting more external reviews, the safest approach is sending direct links to your Trustpilot or G2 profile in your own emails or post-purchase flows, without any filtering based on sentiment beforehand.

    You can use your Wall of Love to add a CTA directing the customers to your G2/TP page.
