Weāre confident this will be the best way to collect testimonials going forward.
But we've hit a roadblock.
We have absolutely no idea how sharing responses should work in:
widgets
images
Walls of Love
translation etc
Right now the simplest solution stitch the videos and text responses together as one mega testimonial.
But not sure if testimonials like these would be great to watch.

Would be great if the testimonial combines all the responses from each step to be displayed on the testimonial form instead of showing only the first one.

Hi there! Yes, this is the biggest thing Iām struggling with right now w Senja (loving it otherwise!). Combining answers/videos into one mega testimonial would be ideal. Meantime, is there any way to choose which question is Primary? The Primary indicator seems fixed to question #2 regardless of where I place it in the sequence; meanwhile all my BEST quotes and vids are coming from question #1. If there were a way to self-designate Primary status that would certainly help until some sort of merge/mega option becomes available. Thanks!!

Itās pretty essential to be able to change which question is the āprimaryā question - and would be even better if we were allowed to choose on a case by case basis whether we wanted to choose one question as the primary or stitch the whole thing together.
It makes no sense to ask all of these great questions and then only be able to show the answer to the first question, in the widgets.
I made the mistake of wanting to warm the person up with a question about themselves and now that is what would show if I approve their testimonial. :(

Stitch the videos and text together, but allow me to edit the videos. Maybe a simple video editor interface like in Loom where it puts all videos together, and I can:
Cut videos
Move them on the timeline.
One layer, one timeline, no other features needed. Just to be able to easily crop the shit out.

Every tiny bit of a testimonial is so valuable. In my opinion it doesnāt make sense to collect important data from clients to help others make their decision and not being able to use it all. Also the current CSV-export is quite pointless if you canāt export all data. The USP of your platform is providing a smooth text/video retrieval. But if I canāt use both as I like, I could also switch to a standard form with much less cost.

Looking forward to this feature! It really is counterproductive to have a multi-question form and only use the primary response.

It would be great to be able to select the answer to share on the Wall of Love from a given user. In some instances, the later answers are more relevant.

I would like to be able to use every video clip in every part of the Senja process. Once I approve a testimonial, I want to use all the video clips in the case studies, the integrations, and more. Not having it set up that way makes me export and re-upload the clips as separate testimonials which is making everyone pay for more AI transcription credits.
