Highlight ALL responses, not just the first one

Right now, you can only highlight or edit the first response in a multi-part testimonial, which greatly reduces the value of the feature. Most of my feedback forms are 3-6 questions, and the initial (primary) question may not be the most important. The only workaround I can figure out is to manually copy/paste the full testimonial into a new manual entry.

    Usually on a testimonial form the first question is more to loosen up the customer, asking about him and such, only the second question is more important because is the one in which I ask what he likes about my service, and is the most powerful testimonial and I need to highlight the best parts
