Asking question before asking for testimonials

Feature RequestSupport

I would love to use Senja as more of a survey, and not only get the star rating, but also ask people some additional questions before they're prompted to leave a testimonial.

I'd love to use Senja for this, but typically use a Google Form and then ask them to leave a testimonial at the end of the form.

If there's a way to add more questions before a testimonial (for all people, regardless of what star rating they give), that would be great. Thank you!

    Heya,

What kind of questions are you referring to here?

You can actually add more questions in the Forms 2.0

    • Create your own question from scratch or using the given template

    • Keep the primary question as the testimonial part (you can rearrange/put the primary question after the additional questions)

Read the guide here: How to create Form 2.0
