Asking question before asking for testimonials

I would love to use Senja as more of a survey, and not only get the star rating, but also ask people some additional questions before they're prompted to leave a testimonial.

I'd love to use Senja for this, but typically use a Google Form and then ask them to leave a testimonial at the end of the form.

If there's a way to add more questions before a testimonial (for all people, regardless of what star rating they give), that would be great. Thank you!
