Improve senja support

Feature Request

The support is really bad, you should improve it. Senja is great but it lacks support. Other platforms are much much better in this.

    Sorry for the issues we’ve had with support. We now have a new engineer / support person in place and are working through some of the big issues that have been slowing you down.
