Improvements to uploading a testimonial author's photo

When importing a photo of an author, only the accepted file formats are specified. However, the window does not offer a clue about the aspect ratio of the photo. I thought that the import wizard would show me a next step with the usual tool to crop/center the image, but no, it was directly imported. I had to manually crop the image outside of Senja a couple of times until I found a format that fit correctly.
