Let us reply to reviews and show reply in widgets/WOLs
Essential.. Not so much for replying to bad testimonials. Since we can choose which testimonials to hide and display — But more so for showing our appreciation and we care, and we listen, and we're real people etc..

PinnedWe like this idea but our focus is to build more functions to help you collect, manage and share testimonials.
Because we are exclusively a testimonial platform and not a review platform, we're focused on delivering a private thank you function over anything else.
Other platforms have this but we don't see this as a priority so I'm closing it for now.

I would love this! Being able to reply and have that reply be public is so important to show that you care and to have a say in any possibly less than perfect testimonials.
