When I get an email that someone has left me a testimonial, I go to the testimonial to tag/make edits. Would love a button that lets me go straight to the testimonial with one click.
This is already available in Senja! When you receive a new testimonial, you get an email notification with its content and a button that links directly to the customer inside your Senja account. 🙏
