Make toggle switch for video preview

Can you make a toggle to stop the video's from moving in the widgets where you have video's with the text next to them? Also it would be nice to have a grid widget with video + text under it. Not just video + text, next line: video + text, next row: 1 video + text. But rather row 1: video + text, video + text video+ text

row 2: video + text, video + text video+ text

etc.
