More information in emails

Senja sends me an email when I receive a new review "you're awesome and Paul agrees". Please show all the fields that the person entered in that email. Now, the email only shows the text that the person wrote, nothing else. So please add all fields enabled in attribution and response settings: - Email adress - Job title - Additional fields that I defined in the form - etcetera.
