Right now, the transcript only work in english. When trying to manually edit the subtitles Senja don't allow to edit the specific seconds when a phrase begin or end, so it doesn't work when this way either.

My case is in spanish language. Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for the suggestion and for spotting this out.

    See the Auto-translate in Forms 2.0 section in this guide: Can I localize my form language?

    You can auto-translate the incoming testimonials to the language that you want.

    • No auto-translation: EN as default language, non-EN video will not trigger transcript

    • Auto-translation to SP: transcript is generated for video in SP

    Also, transcript translation is not supported in Proof page, this would be another idea for fixing and improvement.
